Getting "incorrect password" when I try to load a character without a password.

If I choose not to use a password for a character, I can't login to that character when hitting "ok" after password - it returns back incorrect password. 

Also, I don't think this game is so intensely popular that it needs two-factor authentication for account and then separate passwords for characters... just sayin - it increases the number of prompts and work to get into the game.

Also also... my historical account appears to have been erased unless I remembered the client account incorrectly.  Though I expect it was void of characters and that's no big deal.

PM me some of your old character names. They could be waiting on a remake of your old account and I will see if they still exist.
